Tabernacle Family! As we prepare for the reopening of our church for in-person worship service on July 3, 2021, please review the information on this page.

  1. How can I attend in-person service?

    • During our soft reopening phase, anyone wishing to attend  in-person service is encouraged to pre-register using the preregistration form located on this page.

    • Limited seating will be available during our soft reopening phase but will expand over time.

  2. What safety protocols and practices will be in place?

    • You will be checked in and have your temperature taken by our medical team when you arrive. Anyone with a temperature above 100.4 or who is exhibiting COVID symptoms will not be allowed in to the building.

    • Face coverings over the mouth and nose and social distancing are required when inside the building.

    • While touchless hand sanitizer dispensers and water fountains will be available, you are encouraged to wash your hands frequently and bring hand sanitizer and water bottles.

    • Seating will be socially distanced. Family members will be allowed to sit together.

    • Commonly used areas of the facility will be sanitized thoroughly before and after each service.

    • Touchless systems will be installed  in  restrooms.

    • If you are a high risk individual, you are encouraged to continue worshiping with us online via YouTube and Facebook.

  3. What will worship service look like?

    • Worship service will begin at 11:00 AM and will last approximately 1.5 hours.

    • During this phase of our reopening, service will consist of a mix of live and prerecorded elements.

    • Traditional welcome greetings, i.e. hugs and handshakes are discouraged.

    • Sabbath School will continue to be conducted virtually at this time.

  4. How can I get involved?

    • We are in need of volunteers to help prepare the church for reopening and after. Complete the reopening volunteer form on this page to be added to one of our volunteer teams.
